Generation

Your brand voice plus platform-specific rules produce an on-brand response for every review. Claude Sonnet handles generation; human QA handles the first 10 responses for every new client.

Policy decision

Before anything posts, each response passes through a policy engine that decides the right action based on star rating, risk, and platform.

  • 2-3 star or medium risk → your approval queue
  • 1-star or high-risk → escalate within 1 hour
  • Read-only platforms (Yelp, Capterra) → export for manual posting

Approved responses are posted to the platform via API. You get a weekly Monday digest showing everything that happened.
